We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any far more. He said he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a big amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a new place to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have another woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just right after he had left our client.
We had been able to provide our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
